Return Policy
We sincerely hope you are thoroughly satisfied with your purchase from our website. However, if for any reason you are not completely content, you may return the item within 14 days from the shipping date. Please note that returns are accepted only after prior communication with our returns department and are contingent upon the following conditions:
Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and the packaging must remain unopened or unsealed. Returns will not be accepted for used products or those with altered packaging. Damaged or used items will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Error Notifications: In the event of an error on our part, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will promptly issue a full refund for the order, including any applicable shipping costs. If the return is due to no error on our part, we will refund only the value of the products; shipping costs (for both the original order and return) will be borne solely by the customer.
Free Products: If your order included a free product (gift), it must also be returned unused, in its original condition, and with unopened packaging. Items returned without the accompanying free product will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the returned products. To facilitate the refund, please provide your account information for the deposit. A retail receipt is also required for all returns.
Return Conditions: If a return is not initiated within the 14-day calendar period from the date of receipt, or if any of the stipulated conditions are not met, our company reserves the right to refuse the return and decline any exchanges.
Return Process
Shipping the Product:
Before returning a product, you must contact our returns department by phone or email. After doing so, please package the item securely in the original box or envelope to prevent damage during transit. We strongly recommend using our designated courier service, as we cannot accept items for refund if they are damaged in the return process.
Inside the package, please include our return form, indicating the issue with the item, as long as it meets the return criteria. If the package arrives and does not satisfy the return conditions, the product will not be accepted, and it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order at no charge, provided that the products have not been shipped from our store and that you do so within 8 business hours.
Additional Notes
Our company reserves the right to modify or discontinue its return policy by publishing updated terms and conditions on our website.
In cases of repeated returns or if our company believes, at its sole discretion, that a customer is abusing the return policy or acting in bad faith, we reserve the right to deny the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
Important: Customers with a history of refusing shipments or failing to respond to our (or the courier's) notifications, resulting in returns labeled as "REFUSED DELIVERY," will only be able to place new orders after paying the total amount upfront. Payments must be made exclusively via debit/credit card or PayPal.
