Shipping Information
All orders are delivered via courier to any location. Depending on product availability, deliveries are made within 2-3 business days for Attica and Northern Greece, and 2-4 business days for islands and the Peloponnese.

For customers in Athens, it is also possible to pick up your order from our address at Ploutonos 17, Aigaleo, 12241.

Shipping Costs

Shipping with ACS Courier:

For orders over €39, shipping is free within Greece.
For orders below €39, the shipping cost is €3 for packages weighing up to 3 kg.
For shipments exceeding 2 kg, there is an additional charge of €1.00 per kg.
Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas:

For remote areas, as defined by ACS Courier, there is an additional charge of €2.00 for small packages delivered to your door.
If you choose to pick up your order from an ACS location, the basic charge is €3.00 for small packages.
Shipping with Box Now:

For orders over €39, shipping is free within Greece.
For orders below €39, the shipping cost is €2.10 for packages weighing up to 7 kg.

We are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered efficiently and reliably. All orders are dispatched via a courier service to any location across Greece. Depending on product availability, you can expect delivery within 2-3 business days for Attica and Northern Greece, and 2-4 business days for islands and the Peloponnese.

For residents of Athens, you also have the option to personally collect your order from our showroom located at Ploutonos 17, Aigaleo, 12241.

For orders exceeding €39, we are pleased to offer complimentary shipping throughout Greece.
For orders below €39, the shipping fee is €3 for packages weighing up to 3 kg.
For packages exceeding 2 kg, an additional charge of €1.00 per kilogram will apply.
Remote or Hard-to-Reach Areas:

For deliveries to remote areas, as designated by ACS Courier, an additional charge of €2.00 will be applied for small packages delivered directly to your door.
Should you opt to collect your order from an ACS location, the standard charge is €3.00 for small packages.

Shipping with Box Now:

Orders over €39 qualify for free shipping within Greece.
For orders under €39, the shipping fee is €2.10 for packages weighing up to 7 kg.

Shipping to Cyprus
For orders over €69, shipping is complimentary.
For orders below €69, a shipping fee of €8.50 applies for packages weighing up to 2 kg. If your order exceeds 2 kg, an additional charge of €2.50 will apply for each extra kilogram.

Pickup from the Showroom
You are welcome to collect your order from LuLuLa's showroom; however, prior arrangements must be made via phone or message to schedule an appointment.

Please ensure that you arrive for your pickup only after receiving a notification via phone call or email indicating that your order is ready. Notifications for pickups are typically issued on the same day.

Orders designated for pickup at our premises will remain active for three (3) business days; thereafter, they will be removed from our system and will no longer be available for collection.

Pickups from our location are available from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 15:00.

When opting for in-store pickup, you may settle your order either in cash or by card at the time of collection.

Please note: Customers with a history of refusing shipments or failing to respond to our (or the courier's) notifications, resulting in returns marked as "REFUSED DELIVERY," will only be able to place new orders after full payment of the total amount. Payments must be made exclusively via debit/credit card or PayPal.
