Anti-Inflammatory Juice Recipe - Vitamin Boosting Juice

With a juice, the body doesn't have to digest as much fiber, making it easier for the body to absorb all the necessary nutrients right away. Freshly squeezed juice contains antioxidants that help eliminate toxins from the body and reduce inflammation. It also contributes to better skin appearance.
----- Ingredients for one glass -----
4-5 Oranges
2-3 Ginger Slices
1 Lemon
1 Handful of Berries (different types of frozen berries.)
1 Carrot
1-2 Pieces of Pineapple -

Squeeze the oranges and lemon. Put the juice we just squeezed and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend for a few seconds. Ready! Extra Tips!!!

  • To always have fresh ginger and pineapple readily available, you can cut them into slices and put them in the freezer separately in special bags.
  • If desired, we can grind the orange pulp in a blender and add it to the remaining juice.
  • For a super anti-inflammatory juice and if you think you can handle it..... you can add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric.
