Product Returns
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchases from LuLuLa. If you wish to return a product, you may do so within 15 days from the date of receipt.
Returns are accepted only if:
- The products are unused
- They are in their original condition
- The packaging is sealed and unopened
* For hygiene reasons, returns of cosmetic products that have been opened or used are not accepted.
Return Costs
In case of a return for personal reasons, shipping costs (initial and return) are borne exclusively by the customer.
In case of a company error or a defective product, the costs are covered by us.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5 business days from the receipt and inspection of the products.
Refunds are made using the same payment method or via bank transfer upon agreement.
Products with a gift
In case of returning an order that includes a free product:
- The gift must also be returned
- It must be unused and in its original condition
Return Procedure
Before returning, please contact us via email or phone.
The product must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport. Products returned damaged will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order without charge, provided it has not been shipped, within 8 working hours of its placement.
