Cellulite.... a simple and yet such an "unpleasant" word. And summer is coming!!! On the one hand, joy for the endless splashes in the sea and on the other, concern. How will I appear on the beach this year? Really, how many and how many articles have you read about it trying to get rid of it. To understand it, to deal with it successfully. How many researches in order to find out what exactly is wrong and if there is anything that can make it disappear at once! Just like that with as little effort as possible. As is known, there are countless products and so many other treatments on the market that promise unique results. What is true? Is there hope? And what haven't you tried so far...but this one there.....INSISTS. Well, this article is very different from everything you have read about cellulite to date! And above all, without false promises and hopes. Yes, because anyone who promises you that they will help you get rid of it so simply, magically and effortlessly, is simply lying to you . And between us and completely honestly, aren't you tired of the lies? The false promises? Well, let's get to the heart of the matter and don't be disappointed in me. You'll see... cellulite doesn't suddenly appear in our lives. If we exclude some rare pathological causes, none of us were born with cellulite. It was created, or rather we created it gradually in our lives, when the results of some wrong choices we made back then, although they weren't immediately visible, began to appear at some point. Either because we grew up and our metabolism changed, or because we started driving and stopped the so beneficial walking, or because some of us gave birth, or, or, or... there are unfortunately many causes. And because cellulite develops gradually and long before we notice it, it requires a lot of time, methodicality and perseverance to combat it. Fighting cellulite must be a collective effort.
Unfortunately, it requires radical changes in our lifestyle. Fortunately, these changes are easy to make! And most importantly, they do not involve a diet. Proper nutrition yes, diet no. What do we mean when we say proper nutrition? First, reduce the salt you consume to a minimum. This will significantly help limit fluid retention in your body. Calculate that about 2-3 grams per day is enough. For the whole day. Remove fried foods from your diet completely, increase your consumption of fruits and vegetables. There are great sauces with very low fat, even fewer calories and a great taste if you want to improve their taste. And drink water, plenty of water. At least 2 liters per day and at least 3 liters on days you exercise. Don't forget that there are also natural drinks that contribute to weight and fat loss. Look for organic green tea, known as a powerful fat burner. Or for a drink containing nettle, known for its diuretic properties. Even better if these two ingredients are combined in the same drink. A few lines above we mentioned exercise, right? Yes, and this is equally important as a measure to combat cellulite. But don't be scared. You don't have to run to the gym every day, nor take to the parks and mountains jogging for kilometers. The reality is much simpler and much more accessible to most of us. Leave the car and walk. Walk at a fast pace continuously, not jogging, for about 20-25 minutes a day and 3-4 times a week. Or take your bike for a change, especially if it involves distances of more than 6-7 kilometers. The results will appear, perhaps not as immediately as you would like, but they will gradually appear and will be more and more impressive as time goes by. The work is done internally and in the deeper dermal layers and will take some time.
But here is the point where perseverance and patience are needed. Another type of exercise that is even more beneficial is swimming, but it requires more time. Well, you might think, all this, but isn't there something that can help and speed up the whole process a bit? Especially now that summer is approaching and there are only a single-digit number of weeks left until our first appearance on the beaches! This is where a series of cosmetic care products comes in to complete the whole process. Be careful, we said no lies between us.
