- 100g Tahini
- 120g Honey
- 120g Buckwheat Flakes
- 50g. Ground almonds or other ground nuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon

- Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan-forced.
- In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients until they are homogenized and we have a thick mixture.
- Cover a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper and

- Bake for 5-8 minutes.
- When you take them out of the oven they are very soft, so let them cool thoroughly.
