Cookies with Tahini, Buckwheat Flakes, Almonds & Honey

Healthy cookies that give energy and are full of protein. A delicious, nutritious recipe that is made in an instant, without sugar, butter and gluten!!! The ideal snack for school or the office. Full of vegetable proteins, antioxidants, iron and calcium. * Did you know that: Buckwheat, or black wheat, is a cereal different from the others with excellent nutritional value and a much higher protein content than other cereals, it contains all the necessary amino acids and many vitamins, mainly of the B complex that are usually found in animal foods, it is rich in fat-soluble vitamin E, K. folic acid, but also in several minerals: Calcium, iron, copper, manganese, magnesium, potassium, selenium and zinc. so it can be used by people who have an intolerance to it (celiac disease) Buckwheat Flakes Cookies, Almonds, Tahini & Honey (Ingredients for 14 - 16 cookies) ---- Materials ----

  • 100g Tahini
  • 120g Honey
  • 120g Buckwheat Flakes
  • 50g. Ground almonds or other ground nuts
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon

---- Execution ----

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C fan-forced.
  2. In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients until they are homogenized and we have a thick mixture.
  3. Cover a baking sheet with non-stick baking paper and
  4. Form the mixture into balls about the size of a walnut.
  5. Bake for 5-8 minutes.
  6. When you take them out of the oven they are very soft, so let them cool thoroughly.
