A toner with Glycolic Acid, an AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acid) naturally derived from sugar cane, designed to support gentle exfoliation and improve the skin’s texture. It helps remove dead skin cells from the skin’s surface, revealing a smoother, brighter, and more refreshed-looking complexion.

Thanks to its small molecular size, glycolic acid helps effectively exfoliate the skin by assisting in the removal of dead skin cells from the surface. With regular use, it supports improved skin texture and radiance, leaving the complexion smoother and revitalized.

How to Use

All orders are delivered via courier to any area. Depending on the availability of the order, the products are delivered to your area in 2-3 business days for Attica and northern Greece and 2-4 business days for islands and Peloponnese.

For the city of Athens, it is also possible to receive the order from our address PLOUTONOS 17, AIGALEO, P.C.12241.

Shipping Costs

Shipping with ACS Courier:

For order values over €49, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €49 are €3.50 throughout Greece for packages up to (3) kilos.

For shipments over (2) two kilos there is an additional cost of €1.00 per kilo.

Hard-to-reach or remote areas

For hard-to-reach areas based on the ACS Courier list, shipping costs are an additional €2.00 for small-volume packages if delivery is made to your door.

This additional charge must be settled via bank transfer or IRIS payment prior to order dispatch, following telephone confirmation with you.

If you decide to pick up your order from the ACS store, then the charge is based on the basic charge of €3.50 for small-volume parcels.

Shipping with Box Now:

For order values over €49, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €49 are €2.30 throughout Greece for packages up to (7) seven kilos.

Shipping to Cyprus with ACS Courier:


For orders worth over €79, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Shipping costs for orders under €79 are €8.50 for all of Cyprus for parcels up to (2) two kilos. If the weight of the order exceeds two (2) kilos, then the order for each additional kilo beyond two the customer is further charged with €2.50 per additional kilo.

For orders worth over €79, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Shipping costs for orders under €79 are €7.50 throughout Cyprus for parcels up to (4) four kilos.

 

Pickup from SHOWROOM

You can pick up your order from the LuLuLa Showroom, after arranging an appointment by phone or via message.

Attention: For pickup from our address, a telephone or online order must always be placed beforehand.

Please arrive to pick up your order only after you have received a phone call or email notification that your order is ready. For pickups from our headquarters, the notification is usually made on the same day.

Orders with pickup from the company's headquarters remain active for three (3) business days, after which they are deleted from the system and are not available for pickup.

Pick-ups from our headquarters are from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 15:00

By choosing in-store pickup, you can pay for your order in store upon receipt of the products either with cash or by card.

What is Q+A Glycolic Acid Daily Toner?

Glycolic Acid Daily Toner is a toning lotion with glycolic acid (AHA) that helps gently exfoliate the skin, improving the texture and appearance of the skin after cleansing.
Is it for everyday use?

Yes. It can be used daily, but if you have sensitive skin you can use it 3–5 times a week.
Is it suitable for all skin types?

Q+A Glycolic Acid Daily Toner is ideal for normal, combination and oily skin. If you have sensitive skin, start with fewer applications to see how your skin responds.
Can it be used with other active ingredients?

Yes! It is combined with hyaluronic acid, niacinamide and vitamin C, as it helps the skin to better absorb the following products. If you also use retinol, prefer to alternate your routines so that they do not combine with each other and always use sunscreen in the morning.
How is it different from a simple moisturizing toner?

This particular toner contains glycolic acid (AHA) which works as a mild chemical exfoliant, while a simple hydrating toner simply balances the skin after cleansing.
