Clarifying Shampoo is a balancing shampoo designed to deeply yet gently cleanse the scalp and hair. Its formula helps remove excess oil and styling product build-up, leaving hair feeling cleaner, fresher, and more lightweight.

Formulated with salicylic acid for gentle scalp exfoliation and root cleansing, while colloidal oat extract helps soothe and hydrate the scalp. Prebiotics support the scalp microbiome balance, promoting a healthier environment for the hair.

Its gentle yet effective formula cleanses without weighing hair down, leaving it softer, smoother, and easier to manage. Suitable for all hair types, especially oily roots or hair prone to product build-up, and best used before conditioner in your haircare routine.

How to Use

Massage into wet hair, focusing on your scalp and roots. Rinse off thoroughly and follow with the Clarifying Conditioner.

All orders are delivered via courier to any area. Depending on the availability of the order, the products are delivered to your area in 2-3 business days for Attica and northern Greece and 2-4 business days for islands and Peloponnese.

Shipping Costs

Shipping with ACS Courier:

For order values over €49, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €49 are €3.50 throughout Greece for packages up to (3) kilos.

For shipments over (2) two kilos there is an additional cost of €1.00 per kilo.

Hard-to-reach or remote areas

For hard-to-reach areas based on the ACS Courier list, shipping costs are an additional €2.00 for small-volume packages if delivery is made to your door.

This additional charge must be settled via bank transfer or IRIS payment prior to order dispatch, following telephone confirmation with you.

If you decide to pick up your order from the ACS store, then the charge is based on the basic charge of €3.50 for small-volume parcels.

Shipping with Box Now:

For order values over €49, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €49 are €2.30 throughout Greece for packages up to (7) seven kilos.

Shipping to Cyprus with ACS Courier:


For orders worth over €79, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Shipping costs for orders under €79 are €8.50 for all of Cyprus for parcels up to (2) two kilos. If the weight of the order exceeds two (2) kilos, then the order for each additional kilo beyond two the customer is further charged with €2.50 per additional kilo.

For orders worth over €79, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Shipping costs for orders under €79 are €7.50 throughout Cyprus for parcels up to (4) four kilos.

 

Pickup from SHOWROOM

You can pick up your order from the LuLuLa Showroom, after arranging an appointment by phone or via message.

Attention: For pickup from our address, a telephone or online order must always be placed beforehand.

Please arrive to pick up your order only after you have received a phone call or email notification that your order is ready. For pickups from our headquarters, the notification is usually made on the same day.

Orders with pickup from the company's headquarters remain active for three (3) business days, after which they are deleted from the system and are not available for pickup.

Pick-ups from our headquarters are from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 15:00

By choosing in-store pickup, you can pay for your order in store upon receipt of the products either with cash or by card.
