Key Ingredients

Bidens Pilosa:A natural Bio Retinol ingredient from the Bidens Pilosa plant with the unique property of smoothing the skin. It helps reduce wrinkles and fine lines, stimulates collagen synthesis and rejuvenates. This amazing ingredient improves skin elasticity making it look younger, firmer and brighter.
Tiles:The tiles repair the epidermal barrier, improve skin comfort, combat dryness and roughness, providing very soft and smooth hands. Rose Geranium and Mandarin essential oils: Rose Geranium and Mandarin essential oils tone, tighten and increase skin elasticity, preventing skin aging and wrinkles. Our hand cream tube is made of green plastic derived from sugarcane bagasse, a waste product of the sugar industry. The life cycle analysis carried out by the manufacturer of the plastic sugarcane shows that it absorbs more carbon than it produces in production. This means that it is extremely easy to recycle.

All orders are delivered via courier to any area. Depending on the availability of the order, the products are delivered to your area in 2-3 business days for Attica and northern Greece and 2-4 business days for islands and Peloponnese.

Shipping Costs

Shipping with ACS Courier:

For order values over €39, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €39 are €3.50 throughout Greece for packages up to (3) kilos.

For shipments over (2) two kilos there is an additional cost of €1.00 per kilo.

Hard-to-reach or remote areas

For hard-to-reach areas based on the ACS Courier list, shipping costs are an additional €2.00 for small-volume packages if delivery is made to your door.

If you decide to pick up your order from the ACS store, then the charge is based on the basic charge of €3 for small-volume parcels.

Shipping with Box Now:

For order values over €39, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €39 are €2.10 throughout Greece for packages up to (7) seven kilos.

Shipping to Cyprus with ACS Courier:


For orders worth over €69, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Shipping costs for orders under €69 are €8.50 for all of Cyprus for parcels up to (2) two kilos. If the weight of the order exceeds two (2) kilos, then the order for each additional kilo beyond two the customer is further charged with €2.50 per additional kilo.

For orders worth over €69, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Pickup from SHOWROOM

You can pick up your order from the LuLuLa Showroom, after arranging an appointment by phone or via message.

Attention: For pickup from our address, a telephone or online order must always be placed beforehand.

Please arrive to pick up your order only after you have received a phone call or email notification that your order is ready. For pickups from our headquarters, the notification is usually made on the same day.

Orders with pickup from the company's headquarters remain active for three (3) business days, after which they are deleted from the system and are not available for pickup.

Pick-ups from our headquarters are from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 15:00

By choosing in-store pickup, you can pay for your order in store upon receipt of the products either with cash or by card.
