Product information
All orders are delivered via courier to any area. Depending on the availability of the order, the products are delivered to your area in 2-3 business days for Attica and northern Greece and 2-4 business days for islands and Peloponnese.
For the city of Athens, it is also possible to receive the order from our address PLOUTONOS 17, AIGALEO, P.C.12241.
Shipping Costs
Shipping with ACS Courier:
For order values over €39, shipping is free for Greece only.
Shipping costs for orders under €39 are €3.50 throughout Greece for packages up to (3) kilos.
For shipments over (2) two kilos there is an additional cost of €1.00 per kilo.
Hard-to-reach or remote areas
For hard-to-reach areas based on the ACS Courier list, shipping costs are an additional €2.00 for small-volume packages if delivery is made to your door.
If you decide to pick up your order from the ACS store, then the charge is based on the basic charge of €3 for small-volume parcels.
Shipping with Box Now:
For order values over €39, shipping is free for Greece only.
Shipping costs for orders under €39 are €2.10 throughout Greece for packages up to (7) seven kilos.
Shipping to Cyprus with ACS Courier:
For orders worth over €69, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.
Shipping costs for orders under €69 are €8.50 for all of Cyprus for parcels up to (2) two kilos. If the weight of the order exceeds two (2) kilos, then the order for each additional kilo beyond two the customer is further charged with €2.50 per additional kilo.
Shipping to Cyprus with Box Now:
For orders worth over €69, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.
Shipping costs for orders under €69 are €6.50 throughout Cyprus for parcels up to (4) four kilos.
Pickup from SHOWROOM
You can pick up your order from the LuLuLa Showroom, after arranging an appointment by phone or via message.
Attention: For pickup from our address, a telephone or online order must always be placed beforehand.
Please arrive to pick up your order only after you have received a phone call or email notification that your order is ready. For pickups from our headquarters, the notification is usually made on the same day.
Orders with pickup from the company's headquarters remain active for three (3) business days, after which they are deleted from the system and are not available for pickup.
Pick-ups from our headquarters are from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 15:00
By choosing in-store pickup, you can pay for your order in store upon receipt of the products either with cash or by card.
