Description

The Retinol Facial Serum 0.2% is a night serum designed to support skin renewal and improve skin texture, with a gentle form of retinoid suitable even for beginners.

Its lightweight texture absorbs easily and is applied in the evening on clean, dry skin before moisturizer. Gradual introduction into the skincare routine is recommended. With consistent use, the skin appears smoother, brighter, and more even-toned.
Key Ingredients

  • 0.2% Hydroxypinacolone Retinoate: An anti-ageing powerhouse, this Retinoid works to renew, firm, brighten and improve skin texture while minimising the signs of ageing. This low-irritation grade will deliver the same expert benefits with a gentler touch!
  • Squalane: Natural Squalane is a vegan-friendly alternative to Squalene, made from Olive Oil. It has incredible moisturising abilities whilst being fast absorbing. Plus, it works well for all skin types.
  • Bisabolol: Originating from the Candeia Tree but also found in Chamomile, Bisabolol is naturally soothing and has traditionally been used to calm dehydrated and stressed-out skin.
How to Use

Retinol should be gradually incorporated into your skin care routine to increase the skin's tolerance to retinol, then after the first 15 days, increase the application to every other day and later, observing the skin's tolerance to Retinol during the first month, even with daily use!

At night, before moisturizing, apply a small amount of product to dry skin, avoiding the sensitive area just under the eyes.

Massage into skin and leave for approximately 30 minutes for full absorption. Follow with a cream that protects the skin barrier, such asCeramide Face Cream.

Warnings:This product contains ingredients that may increase your risk of sunburn and UV exposure. Always apply a high SPF sunscreen the morning after use. During initial use, you may experience some peeling or flaking of the skin. If you experience severe sensitivity, consider reducing or discontinuing use.

All orders are delivered via courier to any area. Depending on the availability of the order, the products are delivered to your area in 2-3 business days for Attica and northern Greece and 2-4 business days for islands and Peloponnese.

Shipping with ACS Courier:

For order values over €39, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €39 are €3.50 throughout Greece for packages up to (3) kilos.

For shipments over (2) two kilos there is an additional cost of €1.00 per kilo.

Hard-to-reach or remote areas

For hard-to-reach areas based on the ACS Courier list, shipping costs are an additional €2.00 for small-volume packages if delivery is made to your door.

If you decide to pick up your order from the ACS store, then the charge is based on the basic charge of €3 for small-volume parcels.

For order values over €39, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €39 are €2.10 throughout Greece for packages up to (7) seven kilos.

Shipping to Cyprus with ACS Courier:


For orders worth over €69, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Shipping costs for orders under €69 are €8.50 for all of Cyprus for parcels up to (2) two kilos. If the weight of the order exceeds two (2) kilos, then the order for each additional kilo beyond two the customer is further charged with €2.50 per additional kilo.

Pickup from SHOWROOM

You can pick up your order from the LuLuLa Showroom, after arranging an appointment by phone or via message.

Attention: For pickup from our address, a telephone or online order must always be placed beforehand.

Please arrive to pick up your order only after you have received a phone call or email notification that your order is ready. For pickups from our headquarters, the notification is usually made on the same day.

Orders with pickup from the company's headquarters remain active for three (3) business days, after which they are deleted from the system and are not available for pickup.

Pick-ups from our headquarters are from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 15:00

By choosing in-store pickup, you can pay for your order in store upon receipt of the products either with cash or by card.
