Gua Sha is a traditional Chinese skincare tool that can provide immediate benefits, promoting healthy skin renewal and toning.

As facial muscles don't move as much as other muscles, the movements performed with Gua Sha enhance lymphatic flow, improving lymphatic drainage and thus leaving the skin looking fresher and clearer.

This will make your face appear more sculpted, while also allowing the active ingredients of the skincare products you use to be absorbed more effectively.
Key Ingredients

Rose Quartz:Rose quartz is a natural mineral with a soft, cooling texture, ideal for facial massage tools such as Gua Sha. It is used to help improve circulation, lymphatic drainage and better absorption of skincare products, giving the skin a fresher, more rested appearance.
How to Use

Rose Quartz Gua Sha:Double cleanse and tone your skin in one step. Reapply your cleansing oil to your face and neck and follow our gua sha guide. For contouring, apply gua sha in upward strokes from the chin to the ear using light to medium pressure. For cheeks, use the longer side of the gua sha. Start at the side of your nose, just above your lips, and slide the tool up towards your hairline using medium pressure. Around the eyes, use the longer side of the Gua Sha with gentle pressure. Place the tool at the inner corner of the eye and move towards the hairline. Finally, for the forehead, use gentle pressure and place the tool just above the eyebrows and move towards the top of the hairline.

All orders are delivered via courier to any area. Depending on the availability of the order, the products are delivered to your area in 2-3 business days for Attica and northern Greece and 2-4 business days for islands and Peloponnese.

For the city of Athens, it is also possible to receive the order from our address PLOUTONOS 17, AIGALEO, P.C.12241.

Shipping Costs

Shipping with ACS Courier:

For order values over €49, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €49 are €3.50 throughout Greece for packages up to (3) kilos.

For shipments over (2) two kilos there is an additional cost of €1.00 per kilo.

Hard-to-reach or remote areas

For hard-to-reach areas based on the ACS Courier list, shipping costs are an additional €2.00 for small-volume packages if delivery is made to your door.

This additional charge must be settled via bank transfer or IRIS payment prior to order dispatch, following telephone confirmation with you.

If you decide to pick up your order from the ACS store, then the charge is based on the basic charge of €3.50 for small-volume parcels.

Shipping with Box Now:

For order values over €49, shipping is free for Greece only.

Shipping costs for orders under €49 are €2.30 throughout Greece for packages up to (7) seven kilos.

Shipping to Cyprus with ACS Courier:


For orders worth over €79, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Shipping costs for orders under €79 are €8.50 for all of Cyprus for parcels up to (2) two kilos. If the weight of the order exceeds two (2) kilos, then the order for each additional kilo beyond two the customer is further charged with €2.50 per additional kilo.

For orders worth over €79, shipping for shipments to Cyprus only is free.

Shipping costs for orders under €79 are €7.50 throughout Cyprus for parcels up to (4) four kilos.

 

Pickup from SHOWROOM

You can pick up your order from the LuLuLa Showroom, after arranging an appointment by phone or via message.

Attention: For pickup from our address, a telephone or online order must always be placed beforehand.

Please arrive to pick up your order only after you have received a phone call or email notification that your order is ready. For pickups from our headquarters, the notification is usually made on the same day.

Orders with pickup from the company's headquarters remain active for three (3) business days, after which they are deleted from the system and are not available for pickup.

Pick-ups from our headquarters are from Monday to Friday 08:00 – 15:00

By choosing in-store pickup, you can pay for your order in store upon receipt of the products either with cash or by card.

* Customers who have a history of shipments that were refused to be received or did not respond to our written or telephone (or courier) updates and were returned with the indication (REJECTION OF RECEIPT), will be able to receive their new orders only after the total amount has been paid exclusively via debit/credit card, PayPal, bank deposit or IRIS.

Cash on Delivery for the amount of your order upon delivery of the product to the location you specified. The cash on delivery service is charged an additional €2.50. This is valid only for shipments within Greece.
